When the Request is not Fulfilled
If the request is pending and has not been fulfilled, it may be due to several factors:

The camera has gone into suspend mode because the trip has ended, and the vehicle is no longer running

The vehicle is not supplying enough voltage to the camera

There is insufficient network connectivity for the camera to be able to upload the data

The camera is not correctly connected to the vehicle
