Does this process need to be repeated for every video request? The camera will fulfill any on-demand video requests that are made while it is powered on. If a request is made while the camera is suspend/off mode, it will fulfill the request once the camera is activated again.

Will I always have to activate the camera to have it fulfill on-demand video requests? Yes, when the camera is suspend/off mode, it will not respond to network requests, therefore, the camera will not be able to send the trip and footage information.
