Video Request Process - Overview
The VisionAI Hub Web App allows you to request an on-demand video directly from the map area, for a trip that is currently in progress or for any location covered within a completed trip. Additionally, customers can request a standby recording video for up to 10 minutes after a vehicle’s ignition is turned off. Furthermore, you can also request a timelapse video retrieval, enabling Fleet Administrators to review hours of footage in minutes.
The recorded trip footage is stored on the camera; VisionAI Hub will automatically upload to the cloud and display the recording of high-risk events such as rolling stop, distracted driving, etc. For on-demand video requests, VisionAI Hub will retrieve the footage from the camera at the time of request.
