Unity Maintenance Reminders
Maintenance reminders will only be created for selected defects that do not already have a reminder created for them. If you select a defect from the defects list that already has a reminder, it will not be sent again. In addition, if you select a defect from the list for a defect type that is configured in settings to not create maintenance reminders, a reminder will not be created.
