How to – Send multiple Defects from the Defects List
To create maintenance reminders for multiple defects at once, using the same settings, you can use the multi-select checkboxes to select all defects you want to send.
Follow the steps below to manually send multiple defects to the maintenance module from the defects list:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

From the list of Defects, select all of the desired Defects you would like to send

Click the Wrench icon
The Send to Maintenance side sheet will be populated with the default settings, you will need to manually select the date, as a single date cannot be calculated for multiple defects with different types and creation dates.
Follow the steps below to manually send multiple defects to the maintenance module from the defects list:

Select the Target date

Select the Internal recipients
-
Type in the External recipients
-
Click the Send button
