Settings – Manual Defect Maintenance Reminders
If you choose to create reminders manually, you will need to specify which defects to create maintenance reminders from. You will need to send them manually from either the Defects list or Defects details page. Sending a defect manually allows you to modify the default settings before creating the reminder.
