How to – View Reminders in Maintenance Module
Once a Maintenance Reminder has been created from an Inspect defect, it can be viewed by users with access to the Unity Maintenance module by navigating to Maintenance from the Unity menu, or by choosing the option from the Defects page in Inspect to View the reminder.
Follow the steps below to view defects recorded in Inspect from the Unity Maintenance module:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu click the Reminders tab

Click the Incomplete button

View the Reminders created from Inspect defects (visible with an inspect icon next to the service plan name)
Once an Inspect defect has been sent to maintenance, the option to ‘Send to maintenance’ is replaced with the option to ‘View in maintenance’. If you have the permissions to access both modules, you will see the option from both the Defect list and Details pages. It will take you directly to the list of Incomplete Maintenance reminders.
Follow the steps below to select view in maintenance for a defect:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

For defects with a wrench icon in the repair status column, click the 3-dots menu within the desired Defect row

From the list, select View in Maintenance
