How to – Mark Inspect Defect as Repaired
Users who have access to both the Unity Maintenance module and the Inspect module can mark an Inspect defect* as repaired*** from either module.
If a user does not have permissions to access Inspect, they cannot mark an Inspect defect as repaired and will therefore be prevented from marking a maintenance reminder that was created from an Inspect defect as completed.
If a user has permissions to access Inspect, but has not previously stored their signature within the module, they will be notified that they must complete this first reminder in Inspect to save their signature and future reminders can be completed in Maintenance.
If a user does not have permissions to access Inspect and they don’t have a stored signature, they will be prompted to contact their administrator to proceed.
