How to – Send a Defect from the Defect Details
You can now create a maintenance reminder for a defect from the Defect Details screen. If the option does not appear, that indicates that (1) there is already a maintenance reminder for this defect or (2) this defect type (major or minor) is configured in Settings to not create maintenance reminders.
Follow the steps below to manually send a defect to the maintenance module from the defect details:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

From the list of Defects, click the desired Defect

From the Defect details, click the 3-dots menu and select Send to Maintenance
The Send to Maintenance side sheet will appear and will be populated with the default settings, which can be modified.
Follow the steps below manually send a defect to the maintenance module from the defect details:

Select the Target date

Select the Internal recipients

Type in the External recipients

Click the Send button
