Inspect – Defect Status
If a user updates the status of an Inspect defect that has a maintenance reminder for it, the maintenance reminder will also be updated.
| How the Defect Status effects the Maintenance Reminder |

| If a defect is marked as repaired in Inspect the maintenance reminder will be marked as completed. |
| If a defect is marked as not a defect, the maintenance reminder will also be marked as completed. |
| If a defect is reopened that has previously been marked as completed or not a defect, a new maintenance reminder will be created based on the following: |
| • If the defect type is set to be created automatically in settings, a new reminder will be created automatically |
| • If the defect type is set to be created manually in settings, you can choose send to maintenance again to create a new reminder |
