People List Overview
The People List page of the People tab located in the Settings module allows you to setup and manage employee accounts. For example, an employee can be a user, a driver or fill both roles.
You can setup accounts based on the following:

Accounts for drivers, so that they can be assigned to assets and trips, but cannot log in, as it is not required to perform their duties

Accounts for users, so that they can log in and perform various tasks within the application, but won’t appear in driver lists, as they are not actively driving

Accounts for users & drivers, who are driving and performing tasks within the application, so that they can log in and appear in driver lists
