How to – Manage Columns for the People List
You can change the fields displayed in the table by clicking the Columns button.
Here is a list of columns that can be displayed:

Full name
-
Email
-
Employee ID
-
Phone number
-
Labels
-
Roles
-
Work schedule
-
Groups
-
Account
-
Assigned asset
Follow the steps below to select the columns you would like to be displayed for the People list:

Log in to Unity
-
From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

From the People tab at the top select People List
-
Click the Columns button
-
Add a tick next to the desired columns you would like to be displayed
Note: Type in the Search field to locate an account, the system will search by every column, even if the column is hidden.
