How to – View Device Health
The Device health chart provides an overview of which tracking devices are reporting and which are not reporting. A device is considered to be not reporting if no information has been received from the device.
The Devices not reporting metric shows the total number of devices that haven’t reported for more than two days (48 hrs).
Follow the steps below to view Device Health on the Dashboard:

Log in to Unity

The Dashboard module will be displayed by default

From the Filters section select a Date range and Assets, then click the Apply filters button

View the Device Health Performance Metric & Chart
Both the metric and the chart are based on latest available (live) data received from the tracking devices (historic data is currently not stored on the dashboard).
When you hover on the Device health pie chart, a short description displays with suggestions for possible **actions.
