How to – View Key Performance Indicators
KPI change indicators display how much the KPI value changed compared to the previous period (which is the preceding period with the same length as the selected period). For example, if a user selects a date range of five days, then the previous period is the preceding five days.
Change-indicator colours display whether the KPI value has improved or not: Blue indicates improvement, and Red indicates regression.
