How to – Delete a Node
You also have the ability to Delete a Node. If you delete a Parent Node, the Child Nodes keep their existing structure, but move one level higher to the above Parent Node.
Follow the steps below to Delete a node:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Groups tab from the top

From the list of Groups, select one of the Child Node or Parent Node (in this example we have selected a Child Node)

Click the Delete icon for the desired Group

From the pop-up confirmation message, click the Delete button
Note: The desired node will be deleted from Groups.
