New Rule – Email Notification
When Email notification is enabled, notifications are sent to selected users’ email addresses when the Rule is triggered.
Follow the steps below to add a new rule:

Click the toggle to enable Email notification

To select users to alert, click the People field

To individually select users add a tick next to the desired User

Or click the Search field, and type in the user name, user email or group to locate the associated user

Or click to enable Group mode and select the desired groups (includes a Group of pre-existing users)
Note: All existing and/or new users that are a part of the selected group, will be automatically added to this rule.

Click the Confirm button
For Email notification, Repeat interval allows continued emails while the Rule continues to be violated.
Follow the steps below to add a new rule:

If desired, click Notify assigned drivers

To enable Repeat notifications, click Repeat interval and specify a period after which the notification should repeat
Note: Notification will be sent repeatedly until the event has ended. A maximum of 10 notifications will be sent.
The Email template section allows you to specify the rule tags that you would like to include in the email that is sent to users when the rule is triggered.
Follow the steps below to add a new rule:

To select additional rule tags to be added to the email notification, place the cursor in the email subject or body and click on the desired tag

If desired, click Use asset local timezone

Click the Save button
