Driver Account Issues Now Included in the Drivers List Export
Exporting your driver list now gives you more visibility into account and compliance issues. The export includes new columns flagging:
- Missing driver's license
- Missing license jurisdiction
- Driver hasn't signed in to the app
- Outdated app version
- Driver in violation at the time of export
Each issue has its own column, making it easy to sort and filter in Excel to quickly identify which drivers need attention — and share that list with the right person.
Follow the steps below to export the driver list:

Login to BigRoad ELD

From the BigRoad ELD menu, select Drivers

Click the Download as XLS button
- View the exported Driver List
