Inspect defect report in Maintenance reminders
Fleet managers can now download the Inspect Defect Details PDF report directly from a Maintenance reminder, eliminating the need to navigate back to the Inspect module. This option appears only on reminders created from an Inspect defect.
Note: Completing a reminder may redirect you to the Inspect module to generate a signature if one hasn't been created yet.
Follow the steps below to download a Inspect Defect Details report for a Maintenance Reminder:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

Click the Incomplete tab

Click the three-dots menu on the right-hand side of the desired reminder, and click View details
- From the Reminder details, click the Download defect report button
