How to – View Maintenance Reminder Details
The Maintenance Reminder Details feature allows you to quickly view the full information of any reminder without opening it for editing. Incomplete reminders can be accessed via the three-dots menu, while completed reminders open with a single click on the entry. This read-only view makes it easy to stay informed on upcoming and past maintenance tasks at any time.
Follow the steps below to view the Reminders tab of the Maintenance module:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

Click the Incomplete tab

Click the three-dots menu on the right-hand side of the desired reminder, and click View details
- View the Reminder details
For completed reminders the Reminder details panel opens upon clicking on any row of the grid from the Completed tab.
