Asset images are accessible directly from Asset Details in the Map module, allowing you to quickly identify and manage assets at a glance. With the Manage asset details permission, you can upload and delete images without leaving the map.
Image Guidelines:
- Each image is limited to 10 MB, with a maximum of 12 images per asset.
- Images added from the Map module can be managed there, while the Settings module allows you to manage all asset images.
Follow the steps below to add the manage asset details permission to a role:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Roles tab from the top

To add a new role, click the + button

An empty New role form will be displayed on the right-hand side, type in a Role name

To enable the Map module, toggle the corresponding button

Select Manage asset details

Click the Save button

Follow the steps below to add an image to an asset from the map module:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Map module

From the top, select the Assets tab

From the assets list, double-click the desired asset name

From the General section of the asset Details panel, click the profile image thumbnail

To upload an image, click the Select files and locate the image file on your computer

Or drag and drop a file to the profile image thumbnail
The first uploaded image will be set as the profile image, and it will be shown as a thumbnail image. Images that are uploaded from the Map asset details, can be deleted by clicking on the delete icon in the top right corner of the thumbnail image.
Uploaded images can be viewed in more detail by clicking on the thumbnail image which opens a slideshow carousel dialog.
