How to – Add Archive People Role Permission
The Archive People permission allows administrators to hide inactive users while retaining their data. Only users with the corresponding permissions can archive or restore users. Administrators have these permissions by default.
Follow the steps below to add the archive people role permissions:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Roles tab from the top

To add the Asset archive people role permission to an existing role, from the all roles list, select the desired Role name

Or to add a new role, click the + button

From the permission section, within the Settings module, add a tick next to Archive/Restore People and Manager Users

Click the Save button
Important Note: Once a role has been created, you can assign it to users from the People List page located within the People tab, of the Settings module.
