How to – View Completed Reminders
All Complete Reminders can be viewed from the Maintenance module Reminders tab, Completed sub tab. Similar to Incomplete Reminders, Complete Reminders can also be Filtered and exported.
Follow the steps below to view the Reminders Completed tab:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

From the Reminders tab select the Completed tab

To locate a specific completed reminder, type in the Search field

Utilize the desired Filter and click the Apply button

To export the corresponding data, click the Download button and select the XLS file format

Click the Columns button, and add a tick next to the desired Columns you would like to be displayed

To add a new Reminder click the + Reminder button
