How to – Manage Table Columns for Reminders
You can change the fields displayed in the table by clicking the Columns button. The column selection will be saved per user.
Here is a list of Columns that can be displayed
- Status
- Asset name
- License plate
- VIN
- Service plan
- Groups
- Email notifications
- Push notifications
- External recipients
- Target date
- Days remaining
- Target odometer
- Odometer remaining
- Target operating hours
- Hours remaining
- Target PTO hours
- PTO hours remaining
- Notify driver
Follow the steps below to select the columns you would like to be displayed for Reminders:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

From the Reminders tab select the Incomplete or Completed tab

Click the Columns button

Add a tick next to the desired Columns you would like to be displayed
