How to – Use Filters for Reminders
You can utilize Filters to help narrow down your search to locate a reminder for an asset’s maintenance service.
Here is a list of Filters you can apply to locate a Reminder for an asset's maintenance service:

Search by assets, groups, service plan name

Due date of when the service is due

Service plan search by name of service plan

Days remaining until the service is due

Distance to service km/mi until the service is due
Follow the steps below to apply Filters for Reminders:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

From the Reminders tab select the Incomplete tab

Utilize the desired Filter

Click the Apply button
