How to – View Incomplete Reminder Statuses
The Incomplete Reminders tab displays a list of all incomplete reminders. You can sort the incomplete service reminders by any column by clicking on the column header. The default sort is by the Status column.
The Service Plans are organized into the following three Status categories:

Overdue: Displays maintenance services that have not yet been completed and have exceeded their scheduled mileage or due date

Due: Displays service items that have reached the service due parameter set within the service plan

Upcoming: Displays all the maintenance service items that have been created in the system
Follow the steps below to view incomplete Reminder statuses:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

From the Reminders tab select the Incomplete tab

View the Status column
