How to – Export Maintenance Data
Maintenance data consists of complete and incomplete reminders of service plans. Exporting this information provides visibility of maintenance items that have been completed and helps to identify maintenance items that are still outstanding for the assets.
Follow the steps below to Export maintenance data:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Maintenance module

From the top menu, click the Reminders tab

From the Reminders tab select the Incomplete or Completed tab

To export the corresponding data, click the Download button and select the XLS file format
-
The file will be available from your computer’s Downloads folder
