How to – Download a PDF Defect Report (Details page)
A PDF Defect Report can be downloaded from either the Defects list or the Defect Details page. Let’s review the process from the Defect Details page.
Follow the steps below to download a PDF Report from the Defect Details page:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

Click the Defects tab

From the list of Defects, click the desired Defect

Click the Download button and select the desired language

Select the location you would like to save the PDF Report on your computer

Click the Save button
Depending on your browser settings, you will either be asked where you want to save the file or it will be automatically saved to the folder set up as your Downloads folder, the same as the Defects list page.

Note: DVIR and Defect PDF Reports will be displayed in the language your Unity app is set to (English, French or Spanish). If you are downloading a PDF report for someone who speaks a different language (example: mechanic or safety official) you can choose which language to download the report in.
