Filter Inspection Reports
The inspection filtering has been refined so that only inspections for assets or drivers within the selected group will appear. If the asset or the driver belongs to the filtered group, the inspection will show; if neither does, it won’t show. This ensures safety managers can see inspections by drivers in their group, even if the asset is from a different group.
Here is an example of inspection filtering based on Groups:
Group 1
Driver A
• Three groups: Group 1 (Driver A), Group 2 (Asset A), Group 3 (Asset B)
Group 2
Asset A
• Drivers A’s submissions: Driver A from Group 1 submits a DVIR for both Asset A (Group 2) and Asset B (Group 3)
Group 3
Asset B
• Filtering logic: When filtering for Group 1, the inspection records for Asset A and Asset B will be visible because the driver belongs to Group 1
Note: When filtering for Group 3, only the inspection records for Asset B will be visible. When filtering for Group 2, only the inspection records for Asset A will be visible.
