How to - Add Attachments to a Defect
Users can now attach documents to defects within the Unity web app. This enables fleet managers to store all paperwork related to the defect in one place. Some examples of documents include parts orders, work orders, invoices from a mechanic and receipts.
Follow the steps below to add Attachments to a Defect:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

Click the Defects tab

From the list of Defects, click the desired Defect

From the Attachments section, Drag and Drop files OR click to Upload From Computer
There is a 25 MB file size limit per file.
Note: When attachments have been added to a defect, users can delete them, or re-download them using the icons next to the file name. Selecting the Delete icon will prompt a pop-up confirmation message.
