How to – Enable Notifications for Previous DVIR Not Reviewed
Per U.S. DVIR regulations, drivers can review and sign the previous DVIR for their assets at the start of the day and complete a new DVIR at the end of the day. You can configure a Rule to be notified via email or in-app push notification, if the driver did not review the previous DVIR for the selected asset.
If the ‘Only if defects were present’ checkbox is checked, and a driver does not review the previous day’s DVIR for their asset, a notification will only be sent if there were defects reported on that previous DVIR.
Note: Previous DVIR Not Reviewed Rule requires “allow review of previous inspection workflow” to be enabled within the Inspect Settings tab.
