How to – Filter Defects as Not a Defect
From the Inspect Defects list, you can filter defects that have been previously marked as ‘Not a Defect’ by the driver or a fleet user.
Follow the steps below to filter the Defects tab and view Defects marked as Not a Defect:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

Click within the Defects field and select Not a Defect
The repair status of a person with the ‘x’ next to it are defects marked as ‘Not a Defect’ by a driver.
The Repair status of a black circle with an ‘x’ in it are defects marked as ‘Not a Defect’ by a user.
