How to – Add Non-Fleet Asset Type
When the "Allow inspections for non-fleet assets" setting has been enabled, the asset type of "Non-Fleet Asset" will be available. This will need to be added to all inspection schedules, regulatory or custom, that drivers may need to use to inspect a non-fleet asset. If the "Non-Fleet Asset" type is not added to any schedules, all schedules will be available for the driver to choose from when inspecting a non-fleet asset.
Follow the steps below to add the Non-Fleet Asset type to an inspection schedule:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Schedules tab

Select the desired Schedule name

From the Applicable To field select Non-Fleet Asset

Click the Save button
