How to – View Defect Status
When you have finished marking the defect as repaired, the Repair Status column will be updated with the Repaired icon.
Once a defect is marked as repaired, the next time a driver inspects that asset, they will see the repaired defect in their DVIR and will be required to acknowledge that the defect is satisfactorily repaired, or they can mark it as ‘Not Repaired’. If the driver marks a defect as not repaired, it will go back to its original status of major or minor. It will be reported with their DVIR and will show back up in the list of active defects that need to be repaired.
