How to – View Defects marked as ‘Not a Defect’
The Defects list view has been updated to display and filter on defects that have been marked as ‘Not a Defect’.
Follow the steps below to view defects marked as ‘Not a Defect’ from the Defects list view:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect*

Click the Defects tab

From the drop-down filter select Not a Defect

View the Defects marked as ‘Not a Defect’
There are different icons for defects that have been marked as ‘Not a Defect’ based on whether they were marked that way by the driver in the Inspect mobile app, or by a user in the Inspect module in the Unity web app. The person’s head with the ‘x’ represents defects marked as not a defect by drivers. The ‘x’ within the circle represents defects marked as not a defect by the admin user in Unity.
