How to – View Carried Forward Defects
Inspect now includes a Last reported column to track the most recent submission date for carried forward defects. This allows defects to appear in the list if either Report or Last reported date falls within the selected time range, helping maintenance managers view all active defects.
Follow the steps below to view the last reported date column for carried forward defects:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

Select the desired parameters

View the Last reported column
