How to – View DVIR Details
From the Inspections tab you can select an inspection row to view the full details of the DVIR.
Follow the steps below to view the DVIR details:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Inspections tab

Select a row to view the details of the full DVIR
Note: Inspections and defect audit history entries by archived drivers will still appear, but with “- archived” added to their names for clarity. A future update will determine visibility based on the asset’s status and archived resource settings.
The details page shows a summary of when the inspection was done, and by who. It also shows the total number of defects submitted on the report and breaks them down by asset. Below the summary, the full PDF of the DVIR will be displayed. The PDF report can also be downloaded from this page.
All Regulatory Schedules in the Inspect application will have a new Defect Category called Other, which includes Defect Conditions of “General Major Defect” and “General Minor Defect.”
Follow the steps below to view the Other defect category within an inspection:

Select a row to view the details of the full DVIR

View the reported defects in Other category
