How to – View Defects
On the Defects tab you will see all defects submitted by drivers using the Inspect mobile App. The defects are listed individually so they can be tracked separately from the inspection reports.
You can select any row of the Defects page to view the details of the defect. The details of the defect are submitted by the driver and are read only.
Follow the steps below to view the Defect details:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

Select the desired row of the Defect

View the details of the Defect
