How to – Add Notes to Defects
You can record notes that pertain to a defect while you are viewing the details of the defect. Some examples of a note include parts order numbers, estimated repair date ect. The most recent note that is added will be the one that is displayed. All previous notes are saved.
Follow the steps below to add Notes to a Defect:

Log in to Unity:

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect.

From the top menu click the Defects tab.

Select the desired row of the Defect.

Type in the Notes for the Defect.

Click the Save button.
