| Rule | Description |

| Major Defects Notification | To receive a notification when a DVIR is submitted with a Major defect on it. Minor defects will not trigger notifications if this notification type is selected. |
| All Defects Notification | To receive a notification when a DVIR is submitted with any defect recorded on it, Major and/or Minor defects will trigger a notification. |
| DVIR Not Submitted | To receive a notification when a DVIR is not submitted. |
| Driving with Major Defect | To receive a notification when an asset moves with an active major defect. |
| Previous DVIR Not Reviewed | To receive a notification when the previous DVIR for the asset has not been reviewed. *Requires “allow review of previous inspection workflow” to be enabled within the Inspect Settings tab* |
