How to – Create a New Custom Schedule
In addition to the regulatory schedules, you can create custom Inspection Schedules. These schedules will be in the format of the existing schedules.
All new schedules are required to have at least one Defect Category and Defect Condition specified. If a defect condition is classified as Major, that indicates that the asset is not safe to use and needs to be fixed immediately.
Follow the steps below to add a brand-New Custom Schedule:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Schedules tab

Click the Plus button and select Blank custom schedule

From the General section, type in a Schedule Name, Description for the schedule, and in the Assigned asset types field select the Asset Type(s) that require this schedule

To add a new defect, click the plus button and type in the condition description, for every Defect Condition added, users must classify it as a Major or Minor defect

Click the Save button
