How to – Enable Notifications for Reported Defects
Follow the steps below to enable notifications for reported defects:

To add a new Rule, click the Plus + button

From the list of Rules, select the desired notification type (in this example Major defects notification)
Note: It is not necessary to set up the Major defects notification type if you also want notifications for Minor defects. The All Defects Notification will cover both scenarios.
Note: see the next page for an explanation of each Rule.
Follow the steps below to enable notifications for reported defects:

Type in the Rule name (this should clearly define what the rule is for, if it's to notify certain users about defects on specific assets, you can mention that in the Rule name)

From the Conditions section click the Assets field

Select the desired assets that will trigger this rule

Or toggle the Group mode button to select a group of pre-defined assets

Click the Confirm button
Users can toggle archived resources (people) visibility from the top right menu. In view mode archive resources will be clearly marked and displayed at the bottom of any lists.
Archived resources are removed from receiving notifications for active Rules or Maintenance Reminders and cannot be selected to receive new ones.
