How to – Duplicate a Custom Schedule
You may want to slightly modify an existing regulatory schedule. You can select the option to duplicate an existing schedule. From there you can add more categories or conditions or edit the existing fields for the schedule.
Follow the steps below to duplicate a Custom Schedule:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Schedules tab

Click the 3-dots in the row of the desired schedule

Select Duplicate

Or click the Duplicate icon
Once the Schedule is duplicated, you will need to provide a new name and description for the custom schedule, then add new categories and conditions or edit/remove existing ones.
Removing required inspection categories can mean the duplicated schedule is no longer compliant with the original regulation.
Follow the steps below to duplicate a Custom Schedule:

Type in a new Schedule Name

Type in the Schedule Description

From the Assigned asset types field, select the Asset Types

For every Defect Condition added, users must classify it as a Major or Minor defect

Click the Save button
