How to – View Defect Audit History
With the Defect Audit History, you can see the details* of every action taken for each *defect. No Defect Audit History will be available prior to Nov. 28th, 2023.
Follow the steps below to view a Defect's audit history:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

From the desired defect, click the three-dot menu at the end of the defect row

Select View Details
-
From the Resolution Details section, click Defects audit history
-
View the selected defect's audit history
