How to – View Defect Audit History
With the Defect Audit History, you can see the details of every action taken for each defect. No Defect Audit History will be available prior to Nov. 28th, 2023.
Follow the steps below to view a Defect's audit history:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Inspect

From the top menu click the Defects tab

From the desired defect, click the three-dot menu at the end of the defect row

Select View Details
-
From the Resolution Details section, click Defects audit history
-
View the selected defect's audit history
