New Task – Troubleshoot
If you require assistance during the new install for FT series devices only, tap the question mark icon from the new install screen, to access the Troubleshoot screen.
Follow the steps below to access the Troubleshoot screen:

Log in to the Unity Install app

Tap one of the New Task buttons

Tap the New Install option

Tap Scan device IMEI no. (optionally you can type in the number manually)

Tap the Question Mark icon
-
Review the Troubleshoot screen
-
Swipe the screen down to return to the New Install screen
