Tasks Module – Available Workflows
The New Task button contains multiple workflows that installers can choose from including the following:

New install – a new device is about to be installed in a vehicle.

Device swap – allows you to replace an existing device with a new one and keep the existing device->vehicle association.

Device removal – an existing device need to be removed without a replacement.

Device “health” check – allows you to perform a device health check without changing the device->vehicle association. Can transition into a device swap if required.
After selecting the appropriate workflow, the step-by-step process is similar for all workflows.
