Report View - Overview
- When you select a report, the Report View screen will open, the main body of which displays the most recently generated report data. A set of menu items and navigation controls sits above the report table.

- The date and time the report data was last refreshed is displayed at the top of the report screen, to the right of the report name. A refresh icon allows you to refresh the data manually at any time.
- The menu bar beneath the report name consists of the following options:
- Export - Clicking on the Export icon opens an option box for selecting a format to which to export the report data.
- Period-based reports include an option for adjusting input controls. Where available, click on the fifth icon (to the right of the *reset* icon) to make adjustments to the report parameters. (Note: Snapshot reports do not include input control options.)
- Zoom controls – The next set of menu items allow you to zoom in or out on the report table display. Use the “–“ or “+” controls or use the dropdown to select a zoom level.
- Search – Enter a search term in the search box and click on the magnifying glass to look for specific words in the report. Use the back and forward arrow icons to go back or advance between appearances of the term within the report data.
- Pagenavigation – The final group of menu items allow you to move forward or back through report pages if the report contains more than one page of data. Use the back or forward arrows or enter a specific page number in the text box to jump directly to that page.
- The Report Period acts as the master navigation control:
To use the Week/Month/Year options, the period selected must be “Week of Year”, “Month of Year”, or “Year”.
To use From/To dates, report period must be “custom”
