Trouble Code Description: Device is unable to communicate event reports or make Active Listen Check-Ins for greater than the expected period
Open Conditions: No event reports or Active Listen Check-Ins for a period greater than 15 days
Close Conditions:
- Service transaction processed, or
- Events reported, but not all Scheduled Report and/or Watchdog events and/or Active Listen Check-In records delivered, or
- All missed Scheduled Report and/or Watchdog events and records delivered, and distance between last reported event and return event is less than 500 miles changes error metric definition for all associated records from Last Communication > 15 Days to Out of Coverage, or
- All missed Scheduled Report and/or Watchdog events and records delivered, and distance between last reported event and return event is greater than 500 miles changes error metric definition for all associated records from Last Communication > 15 Days to Failed Communication

Trouble Code Description: Number of Scheduled Report events is greater than the expected number during the period according to its current Device Profile configuration
Open Conditions: More Scheduled Report Event Times than device profile Reports Per Day setting on 5 or more days out of the last 30

- More Scheduled Report events than device profile setting Reports Per Day on 4 or fewer days out of the last 45

GSM-D100, 150, 300, 400, FV3: More than 5 Boot-Up Report events in a day with no Service Touches, or average of more than 1 per day over last 30 days
SAT-D200: More than 6 Device Initiated events in 45 days
Close Conditions:
- Service transaction processed, or
- More than 14 days without a Boot-Up Report or Device Initiated event reported

Trouble Code Description: Device is due for routine battery maintenance
Open Conditions: Minimum Reported Device Charge in past 24 hours <= 20%, and > 10%
Close Conditions:
- Service (Battery Replacement) transaction processed, or
- Device Charge reduction to 20% or less converts trouble code to Low Battery

Trouble Code Name: Low Battery
Trouble Code Category: Battery
Applicable Device Types: Track & Trace (GSM-D100) with DSN 4600000 or higher, Chassis (GSM-D150), Dry Van (GSM-D300), Intermodal Container (GSM-D400), Fleetview 3 (FV3)
Trouble Code Description: Device has reached recommended battery replacement level
Open Conditions:
GSM-D100, 400: Minimum Reported Device Charge in past 24 hours <= 10%
GSM-D150, 300, FV3: Most recent event report from device is Low Battery Suspend, Battery Replace, or has Internal Voltage less than 3.5V for GSM-D150 & 300 (or 5.5V for FV3), and is more than 180 days old
Close Conditions:
GSM-D100, 400:
- Service (Battery Replacement) transaction processed
GSM-D150, 300, FV3:
- Service transaction processed, or
- Three or more consecutive events with Internal Voltage greater than 3.5 (or 5.5V for FV3) other than Low Battery Suspend or Battery Replace, or Boot-Up

Open Conditions:
GSM-D150, 300: Total External Power exposure time greater than 5 hours in the last 30 days with at least one External Power exposure greater than one hour, and more than 5 Low Battery Suspend, Battery Replace, and/or Boot-Up events with Internal Voltage less than 3.5V in last 30 days
SAT-D200: More than 12 Start Power Save (or Low Battery) events or more than 12 Leave Power Save (or Low Battery Cleared) events over past 45 days
FV3: More than 5 Battery Disconnect and/or Low Battery Suspend events in last 30 days
Close Conditions:
GSM-D150, 300:
- Service transaction processed, or
- No Low Battery Suspend, Battery Replace, or events with Internal Voltage less than 3.5V in last 5X Scheduled Report or Watchdog interval
SAT-D200:

Trouble Code Description: Device has reported an excessive number GPS Reacquired events over the past 45 days
Open Conditions: 10 or more GPS Reacquired events reported in past 45 days, and no Service Touch in last 45 days
Close Conditions:
- Service transaction processed, or
- Fewer than 10 GPS Reacquired events reported in past 45 days
Trouble Code Name: GPS Health

GSM-D150, 300, 400: Greater than 30% of events with Stale GPS in the last 45 days (minimum 20 events)

- Less than 50% of events with Stale GPS in the last 45 days (minimum 20 events)
GSM-D150, 300, 400:

Trouble Code Description: Device has reported an excessive number of Cargo Failed diagnostic events over the past 45 days
Open Conditions: Five or more Cargo Failed events reported in the past45 days
Close Conditions:
- Service transaction processed, or
- Fewer than five Cargo Failed events reported in past 45 days
Trouble Code Name: Cargo Sensor Mute
