Live Share – How to enable Permissions
To manage Live Share functionality within Unity, users must have the corresponding permissions enabled for their assigned Role.
Follow the steps below to add live share permissions for a Role:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Roles tab from the top

To add live share permissions to an existing Role, from the All roles list select the desired Role name

Or to add a new Role click the + button

From the Permissions section, click the toggle button to enable Map

From the Permission section, within the Map section add a tick next to Live Share

Click the Save button
Note: Once a role has been created, you can assign it to users from the People List page located within the People tab, of the Settings module.
