Advanced Video Compression
A new software-based video compression that improves storage efficiency, retrieval speed, and lowers data costs.
Important Note: This feature is available to a limited number of users as it's being rolled out in stages.
Key Improvements:
-
Extended Storage Capacity: Video files are now 3–5x smaller, allowing up to 150–250 hours of 720p footage on a 128GB SD card (previously ~50 hours).
-
Faster Retrieval: Smaller files upload more quickly, providing faster access to footage during critical events.
-
Lower Data Costs: File size reduction results in over 50% savings on video telematics data usage.
This update enhances the overall performance and cost-efficiency of fleet video systems.
Auto Refresh for Trip List
The Trips tab now automatically refreshes to ensure users always see the most current trip data without needing to manually reload the page.
How it works:
-
If the user stays on the Trips tab for over 60 seconds, the list updates automatically.
-
If the user returns to the tab after being away for more than 60 seconds, the data refreshes on return.
This update improves data accuracy and user convenience.

-
Login to the Unity application
-
Type in your Email and Password and click Sign in
-
Once logged in, select VisionAI Hub from the left-hand side main menu
