Request Video at Location
You can request a video directly from the map area, for any location of interest covered in a completed trip. For example: if you need to review a crash incident in a trip, you can do so by requesting a video for that crash location and time.
Note: If a driver gets in an accident, they should let you know the crash time and location immediately, so you can request the video. Waiting a day may result in the video no longer being available on the camera.
- In the map area, select Click to mark location at a preferred location of a completed trip route
- Click the Download arrow
